Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas! (over a month late) Christmas Eve, on our way home from Church, we drove around for a bit and enjoyed the Christmas lights adorning yards and houses. Alexa was drawn to several large inflatable Santas and "decided" that she wanted to sit on Santa's lap. Now, I must say, that we don't "celebrate" Santa at Christmas. Yeah, we play around with jokes about Santa and stockings, but we have made it clear to Hannah that Santa is just a fun thing for us to imagine, but that Christmas is all about Jesus. However, Alexa got it in her head that she really wanted to sit on Santa's lap, even though we knew that if she had the opportunity, she would resist with all of her might. But Hannah decided that Alexa needed that opportunity so she encouraged Matt to dress up and the above picture shows what he found around the house. : ) Everyone, except for Alexa, loved his outfit and we really had a lot of fun with Santa in our home! Maybe this "non-believing" family needs to make this a Christmas tradition! : )

Yes, it is a fox racing shirt. : ) Sometimes Santa has to scrounge as you can see if you look closely at the rest of his outfit. : )
